Appeals Self-Help Clinic
Free telephone consultation (up to 30 minutes) with a volunteer attorney to help people representing themselves understand the rules and procedures when filing an appeal with the Minnesota Court of Appeals. The attorney can answer questions about deadlines, what papers to file, fee waivers, motions, appellate briefs and serving the other party. The attorney provides free legal services during the clinic session but will not represent people in their legal case.
