HOME Line

HOME Line provides free legal, organizing and advocacy services so tenants throughout Minnesota can solve their own rental housing problems. HOME Line works to improve public and private policies relating to rental housing by involving affected tenants in the process.  

HOME Line serves all income levels for free.  

HOME Line will answer questions via e-mail. The direct link is http://www.homelinemn.org/email.html. Questions will be answered by staff attorneys or law student volunteers.

HOME Line is staffed from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays.
