Neighborhood Justice Center, Inc.

Neighborhood Justice Center (NJC) provides free legal representation to eligible clients accused of all levels of crime in Ramsey, Dakota and Washington Counties. We provide criminal expungement services, community education and treatment court defense representation. We also provide free legal advice and referrals via telephone or in-office consultation.

Application Process

Please contact Neighborhood Justice Center (NJC) directly at 651-222-4703 and ask for an intake. NJC uses income-based guidelines to determine if a person qualifies for our services. NJC offers services free for those who qualify, and at a set, and very low reimbursement fee for those who cannot afford an attorney but do not qualify for our free services.
