Tenant Legal Advice Clinic - Washington County Law Library

Washington County residents of modest means can meet with a volunteer lawyer about tenant law issues. Each resident will have a free half-hour consultation with a volunteer attorney from the Washington County Bar Association. Our attorneys cover issues such as eviction, repair requests, security deposits, privacy issues, and utilities.

The Legal Advice Clinic occurs on the second Thursday of every month from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Washington County Law Library.

Application Process

To register, fill out the intake form at https://washcolib.org/FormCenter/Library-5/Tenant-Legal-Advice-Intake-Form-75. Once the intake form is submitted, one of the librarians will contact you and get you scheduled. Walk-ins are welcome.
