CMLS provides legal advice, brief services, and extended representation for some Employment Law cases. Case types include: Discrimination, FMLA, Licensing Disqualifications, Unpaid Wages, Unemployment Compensation, and Wrongful Termination.

Application Process

**For ALL licensing cases, refer directly to CMLS directly.

For all other Employment Law matters, refer Hennepin County residents to Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid at (612) 334-5970, Monday through Friday 9:30-11:30am and 1:30-3:30pm.

For Anoka County residents, refer to CMLS at 612-332-8151, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
