LegalCorps Nonprofit Law (Full Representation)
LegalCORPS recruits volunteer lawyers to provide free legal assistance in business law matters such as governance, maintaining tax-exempt status, lease review, employment advice, intellectual property (trademarks, patents, copyrights), contracts, debt issues, and general business advice.
Note: LegalCorps has limited capacity to serve nonprofit startups, and is not accepting new applications for those seeking to start a new nonprofit at this time.
Generally, LegalCORPS seeks to serve nonprofits with annual revenue below $250,000.
