Application Process
Callers can reach an advocate during normal business hours (M-F 9:00-4:00). If you are calling outside of business hours, please leave a message, and Standpoint will return your call. Our attorneys do not provide direct representation, with some exceptions. We do provide representation for a very small number of immigration cases (for survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, or human trafficking). We also provide representation for youth labor trafficking victims.
