Cancer Legal Care provides free legal care and resources to Minnesotans affected by cancer by working with them on the legal issues that directly impact their health and quality of life: estate planning, insurance, employment, housing, disability, and more. We help our clients focus their energies on healing, rather than an endless loop of "what ifs" and worries.

Cancer Legal Care is the only organization of its kind in the state of Minnesota providing targeted legal care to the Minnesota cancer community. Our staff and roster of more than 80 volunteer attorneys have been recognized by Minnesota's cancer and legal communities for the unique services we provide.
