Children's Law Center of Minnesota (CLC) provides free legal advice, brief services, and full representation to foster care youth as appointed by the court in child protection cases. We work with youth ages 10-21. We sometimes accept cases by referral. We primarily work in Hennepin and Ramsey counties. Application Process

To apply for representation, call (651) 644-4438. Most cases we receive are by referral from the court, county attorney's office, or guardian ad litem.
