Family Law Legal Advice - Washington County Law Library

The Law Library holds Family Legal Advice Clinics the first and third Tuesday of every month from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Please check the library calendar for the dates and more details. If you are interested in speaking with a lawyer please call 651-430-6330 or email us at LawLibrary@co.washington.mn.us to set up an appointment. The Family Legal clinic covers issues such as:

Divorce, Legal Separation or Annulment
Child Support
Child Custody
Paternity Issues
Spousal Maintenance
Name Change
Domestic Abuse

Our Family Legal Clinics cannot take CPS related cases. To get assistance in a CPS related cases, please visit Child Protection Clinic - Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

To register, fill out the intake form at https://washcolib.org/FormCenter/Library-5/Legal-Advice-Intake-Form-74. Once the intake form is submitted, one of the librarians will contact you and get you scheduled.
