MMLA-St. Cloud Health Care Application Help (Project Care)
Project Care provides free MNsure certified navigators to help people enroll in public healthcare programs like MA or MinnesotaCare or to get premium subsidies for private plans thru MNsure.
We also help people keep their health insurance by completing renewals, reporting changes, and responding to requests for updated information.
