Unbundled legal services (also known as limited scope legal services) is a type of representation where the attorney and client agree to limit the attorney’s representation to specific tasks. An attorney will assess your legal issue and work with you to design a plan that works for you. Because you remain in control, you can work with your attorney for as much or as little time as needed. This saves you money and makes it possible for you to get only the legal assistance you need.
