SMRLS-Agricultural Worker Program
AWP provides free legal advice, brief services, and full representation in some civil legal cases to low-income agricultural workers from all counties in Minnesota and North Dakota. Examples of agricultural work include:
- Field work
- Nursery work
- Greenhouse work
- Livestock work
- Forestry work
- Beekeeping
- Work under an H-2A visa

We speak English and Spanish and have interpreters available in other languages. We have appointments available in the evening by request during field work season.
