University of Minnesota Law School Tax Clinic
The University of Minnesota Law School Tax Clinic provides low income taxpayers with free legal representation in federal tax matters. Clients are represented by Law School students who are trained and directly supervised by a faculty member who is an experienced tax attorney. The clinic works on MN Department of Revenue issues ONLY where there is also an IRS issue.
