VLN Bankruptcy Advice Clinic
At this phone advice clinic, income qualifying clients receive free 20-minute meetings with a volunteer attorney to answer legal questions, review legal papers, or provide advice about court procedures related to bankruptcy issues. Meeting topics include, but are not limited to, the process of filing for bankruptcy, how to fill out paperwork related to bankruptcy, and questions about filling out Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy forms when representing yourself.
