LAOC Family Law Clinic
Family law clinics are held once a week at the Olmsted County Law Library which is located in the Olmsted County Government Center, 151 4th St. SE, 5th Floor, Rochester, MN. These clinics are intended to be a one-time event to assist those who are representing themselves.
Pre-registration is required.
Issues that are covered: Divorce, Legal Separation, Custody, Maintenance, Annulment and Child Support
Issues that are not covered; Adoption, Pre-Nuptial or Ante-Nuptial Agreements, CHIPs or complicated QDRO or property settlement issues.
