Known Bugs:

• When you make an edit, the listing may not update.
  • Temporary Resolution: Please clear your cache. If you are using Internet Explore, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+Del to clear your cache.

• In Chrome, the check box for setting dates and times is not present.
  • Temporary Resolution: Please use a different browser.

• When you delete a service, you are taken to a screen that shows "Page not found."
  • Temporary Resolution: Please navigate to http://test-lawhelp.pantheonsite.io/loon.

• For some related accounts, (e.g., one org with multiple accounts), some services are showing up on the search side of LOON as attached to a different account than the account they are tied to on the edit side of LOON.
  • Please let State Support know if you experience this bug.

• In the Edit My Services list, all services are listed as "inactive."
